Florida Geotechnical Engineering’s geotechnical/environmental services leverage our staff of experienced geotechnical engineers and geologists to perform sinkhole and subsidence investigations in accordance with Florida Statute 627.707. FGE’s chief geotechnical engineer has been personally responsible for over 2500 subsidence/sinkhole investigations and our company is an associate member of the Florida Association of Sinkhole Stabilization Specialists Organization (FAS3). Additionally, Florida Geotechnical Engineering provides subsidence/sinkhole investigation Peer Reviews, Neutral Evaluator Services, Expert Witness Testimony, and Subsidence/Sinkhole Remediation Design, Management and Monitoring Services.

Each investigation is legally defensible, and includes a thorough damage assessment with attribution of damages (where possible), description of investigative techniques, and recommendations for soil stabilization and cost estimation where appropriate and/or requested.  Sample reports are available for review upon request.
